Back Room Studios is an exciting new platform for Australian contemporary art, showcasing both established and emerging artists, with a focus on Tasmanian practitioners. Its aim is the promotion of work of contemporary visual artists, working across a broad spectrum of mediums and creative platforms.
Back Room Studios also offers the opportunity to purchase an extensive variety of Asian antiques from a private collection procured over decades.
Tasmanian artists represented include David Lake, Debra O’Regan, John Gill, Margot Baird, Marilyn Patton and Steve Howie.
