Colville Gallery specialises in modern and contemporary Tasmanian and Australian artists, featuring painting, works on paper, photography and sculpture in a program of monthly exhibitions. Craig Howard and Son established in 1986 are designer makers of traditional and modern furniture. Works range from bespoke commissions, through to furniture products for commercial production and architectural joinery. Each piece is meticulously hand crafted the traditional way, to create bespoke one-off pieces. We proudly source our timber in log form through IST’s chain of custody and mill it ourselves, and all our timber is certified. We welcome clients to come to the shop and choose their own timber for the piece we are creating - a totally unique experience.

David Parums Design specialises in the hand-crafting of Damascus steel rings accented with only the best 18ct golds and gemstones. Since 1980 Handmark has encouraged an extraordinary range of talents from the Tasmanian art and craft movements. The most successful of these artists are now represented in national and international galleries, and in many private and government collections. Works by new and established artists and  craftspeople are represented at solo and at group exhibitions throughout the year. The Gallery maintains a varied stock of ceramics, glass, jewellery, wood and textiles, together with paintings, works on paper and sculpture.

The Henry Jones, Australia's first Art Hotel, features original contemporary artworks by emerging and established Tasmanian artists. Artists represented are graduates from the Tasmanian School of Art, independent artists and artists in affiliation with a selection of Hobart's commercial galleries. Original  paintings, prints, works on paper, photo media, sculpture and design objects feature throughout the Hotel and are available for sale.

The Wild Island gallery hosts regular exhibitions of two-dimensional and mixed media artworks, Tasmanian timber design, textiles, ceramics, jewellery, photography and more. The gallery features an extensive collection of the iconic and groundbreaking work of Peter Dombrovskis, pre-eminent in Tasmanian wilderness.

Wild Island also offers a diverse and unique selection of high quality, ethically produced, nature-based gifts from Tasmania, including clothing, lifestyle items, books, toys, educational materials, art-cards and prints.

Design Tasmania is a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to support and sustain design. They have a shop, exhibition space and wood collection that is located on the edge of City Park in Launceston. The Design Tasmania shop is wholly dedicated to Tasmanian design and is perfect place to pick  up gifts or a unique piece for your collection, from large furniture pieces, either off the floor or custom made, to the most exquisite smallwares including jewellery, ceramics, glass, timber and so much more.

Scottsdale Art Gallery Café has been operating since 2005, housed in the architecturally designed gallery space in Scottsdale's business centre. The Gallery represents both Tasmanian established and emerging artists. The annual arts calendar includes solo and group showings. Artwork includes paintings  from many of the State's best artists and also jewellery from semi-precious stones, glasswork, timber craft from the state's beautiful native timbers, ceramics, textiles, limited edition prints, photography featuring the beauty of the state's landscapes and the traditional Hanji paper craft.
